hey there, if you do kickboxing, where do you train at?

I usually go to Lion's Den at Kingsgrove in Sydney. It's a pretty good gym. Does a variety of fight styles, such as Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Boxing, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Muay Thai.
the trainer there is called Luke. If you guys are interested in joining, just ask for details and I should pass them onto you.

The women's kickboxing is on Saturday mornings or afternoon I think.

Kickboxing is every Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6pm throughout 8pm

I used to go to FAFC in Glenroy - and I'd be back there if I had the time! Great atmosphere.

Hopefully in the next few months I'll have figured out if I'm staying in Melbourne, then I'll go back *nods*

I have started training at John Scida's Gym at Sunshine.

When my partner first meantioned training there, I didn't want to because I thought kick boxing would me more males then females and everyone would be at a much higher level then myself like most other places i had tried in the past, I have always lasted three sessions and gave up becuase classes were to packed and no one would teach you if you didn't get it 1st time round.

John's Gyms Heaps different!!!
Since my first day at John Scida's, I love it! Lots of girls to train with and the class's aren't so full, John Scida and his crew instantly picks up if your doing somthing the wrong way or gives you a quick one on one to teach you if you don't understand a certain move and explains it in terms which anyone can understand. & No meat heads!
Best kick boxing gym i have ever been to and I Think for anyone who wants to start fighter or fitness this is the place to come!!
